See more 01/24/2021 Cross Fit trainees beware. Snatches, power cleans & high pulls after 30 is a joint death sentence. If you're into any type of bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, strong man competitions, etc., please watch. I known so many guys that did this heavy lifting (nothing compared to Coleman) but in the end came out like him with surgery after surgery (even steroid free individuals). Neurosurgeons & Orthopedic watch for you will have a never ending supply. If not into lifting or know nobody who is don't bother. See more 04/03/2019 It's a slow documentary and it focuses more on the damage done to Ronnie from body building than it does on his career. He comes across as a very nice guy as do most the competitors to be fair. Just not entirely clear what the point of the documentary was. It shows his entire career to his inevitible struggle with injury and the body 30 years of greatness in body building left him with.
