Rooney is an open and introspective manuscript as the iconic footballer transitions into the next part of his career. And it gave the audience one more display of just how unbelievably good he was. Go to Full Review

Leaburn O 11/21/2023 Unfortunately not a very deep examination of his career or personality. The early days are well covered and then the Director appeared to get bored and decided a quick montage would cover ten years of his career, whilst we were meant to delight in being served up yet more over analysis of his England tournament career. A missed opportunity but somewhat redeemed by a reminder of just how brilliant Rooney was at his very best. Watched on Channel 4. See more Read all reviews
