James B This is the darkest filmed movie I've ever seen. All of the scenes are so dark. The movie is just flat. They made everyone out to be just a bunch of hicks. The acting is just terrible such a cliche of dialogue. We couldn't even bear to watch the whole movie, full of foul language that didn't even really fit the scenes. I fast forward to the end and what a disappointment. This is like some theater group In a local town decided to make a movie. I live in Virginia and our Blue ridge mountains are awesome. North Carolina is a beautiful state and this movie does not represent it whatsoever. I've been to Brevard and it's a wonderful town and not represented well at all in this movie. It should be never shown again unless you like ultimate slow movies that never seem to go anywhere. The female actress was terrible. And she looked way too young for the part. What a disappointment.
