Synopsis
Newly arrived immigrant Srikant Chellappa takes a humorous look at the ins and outs of the American political process from the point of view of a curious outsider. Documenting the efforts of third-party candidates vying to unseat incumbent Missouri State Representative Dick Gephardt, Chellappa focuses a critical lens on America's largely two-party system, spotlighting the seemingly futile efforts of grassroots campaigns that lack the financial muscle of their establishment counterparts.
