Anton Bitel Little White Lies Questioning plot points here, or asking how the thief manages to survive deadly falls or even to vanish into thin air, is like expecting a prestidigitator to reveal the secrets behind his tricks. Better, perhaps, just to sit back and enjoy the magic show. Jul 25, 2022 Full Review Sean Gilman The Chinese Cinema Running Out of Time 2 strips away everything that made the first film popular. Instead, the focus is entirely on small moments and big sequences. Oct 12, 2022 Full Review Douglas Davidson Elements of Madness ... it’s certainly fun, but it retreads so much familiar material without the same emotional pressure within the narrative that the audience feels more distant from it than the first. Audience Member A childish cat-and-mouse game that shows situation comedy. The border to dopiness gets crossed several times, but the film rarely gets boring because its many ideas. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Much better direction than the first. Funnier and more whimsical as well. Terrible CGI. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member far from the first one. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member compared to the previous story, this one sucks Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member i hope johnnie to can make running out of time 3 with lau ching wan, andy lau, & ekin cheng they work together must be very cool i want to see it..! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member This is basically a rehash of the first movie, without Andy Lau. That's not a good thing. Didn't like how they left a few plotlines unsolved, such as Ken's gambling debts and the small romance between Teresa and Ho. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/05/23 Full Review Read all reviews
