couchtv e Feb 12 Thought the hunk Jason Lewis was Eastwood's boy - he looks more like Clint than whatshisname son...anyway, he was great! The story has the problem that the "bad woman" Stone is right about her views on freedom for wild horses, so breaking and selling them into slavery is what the alleged good person does. Flawed premise. See more mauro l 02/26/2019 Despite Sharon Stone's frenzy of being the protagonist even when she is completely out of role and a far from sharp entertainment, "Running Wild" is a surprisingly sufficient film. (Mauro Lanari) See more 01/25/2018 Don't waste your time with this movie See more 08/22/2017 A couple of ranch owners have differing opinions on whether wild horses should be cared for or left alone to run wild. And it turns out that they should be cared for. See more 06/26/2017 The idea of using convicts to train mustangs has proven to be a first rate program. But the rest of this film is really propaganda trying to promote the idea that mustangs are starving on public land. This film was produced by Protect the Harvest, who has shown it's true colors of protecting large cattle ranchers and industrial size farms. Started by Lucas, of Lucas Oil, it is a political mouthpiece using veiled story lines and very false information. This idea of the mustangs starving is presented with the comment that the land they are on is also necessary for cattle. Check your background facts before believing this story . See more 06/17/2017 The story line was a good idea, and the main actress did a good job-- but some serious flaws with the details. For example: you don't take a wild mustang, calm it, saddle and bridle it in a matter of a few hours and no... horses don't spend the night with their bridles in their mouths so that when someone lights firecrackers to scare them off the property they are just "so easy"! to catch and ride home. Whoever wrote this screenplay knew about .02% about horses. Which is too bad, because the story line had potential. See more Read all reviews
