The story of the biblical strong man from the Book of Judges is drably retold without a trace of style or showmanship, making Cecil B. Although despite its flaws due to the budget and being a direct-to-DVD film with very inferior acting and visual effects, it fulfills its short narrative well. The best part is the villain. You come to hate him so much that you wish him the worst death. A greedy, power-hungry wretch. It's not the best adaptation, but it might invite a casual audience to learn about this story, and they'll find a better version on their own. Rating: I give it ⭐⭐⭐ 3 Stars for Entertainment.
