Bad and so wonderful in the worst way constant questionable and hilarious dialogue. Very memorable why moments and funny and honest support cast. When a rich guy who hates everyone get amnesia from a extreme paintball game, je thinks he Santa and his long lost brother from an orphanage wants to get rich from exploding gems held below the orphanage they grew up in he must stop the four inspector gadget villains and save the day. This is dumb I was so entertained I stood up and cheered and Applauded the credits, this is room level good.

Wow, this was bad. Mean guy millionaire businessman Hulk Hogan is on the run from the police when he disguises himself as Santa. He ends up getting knocked out and wakes up with amnesia believing himself to be the real Santa. Now only doing good deeds, he stops petty criminals and battles an evil scientist he knew from his youth at an orphanage. Makes no sense. Just poor, poor all around.
