Ex-con Sam Webb (Bob Steele) has paid his debt to society and just wants to stay on the straight and narrow, but he's stuck between Marshal Rocky Lane (Allan "Rocky" Lane) -- who suspects him of involvement in the jail break of his onetime cohort, the Cherokee Kid (Richard Avonde) -- and his former partners in crime, who are trying to lay the blame for a murder on Webb. When Lane persuades Webb to provide information about his old gang, the outlaws come after both men with guns blazing.
