Captain Martín (Robert Taylor) is facing an increasing number of defections by his troops in the plains of Argentina -- it seems they are joining ranks with Native American warriors because they are offered women as a reward. With the help of Miguel Carreras (Ty Hardin), Taylor is able to bring in a group of women to prevent the loss of more soldiers. But, Padrón (Ron Randell), the leader of the bandit group that bribes the soldiers onto his side, proves to be a worthy foe.
