Matthew Rozsa Salon.com He no doubt intended to make a provocative film that would inspire its viewers to become activists for socioeconomic justice. Instead, this is a movie that conservatives should embrace as a huge favor to their cause. Rated: 3/4 Nov 20, 2017 Full Review Brian Costello Common Sense Media Engaging docu on the increasing gap between rich and poor. Rated: 4/5 Dec 5, 2017 Full Review Eddie Strait The Daily Dot Saving Capitalism feels like homework, but it will give you vital understanding and perspective. Rated: 3/5 Nov 30, 2017 Full Review Harvey S. Karten Shockya.com You may come away from this movie that highlights the politics of Robert Reich wondering whether we should try to save capitalism, or whether we should try a different economic system altogether. A splendid performance by the former Secretary of Labor. Rated: B+ Nov 15, 2017 Full Review Read all reviews

Cem Y A bit boring execution but thought provoking Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/23/24 Full Review Audience Member Benny stay. Claudia go home. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/25/23 Full Review Audience Member It is a good movie. It brings awareness to the public. This movie is not going to fix any problem, but for sure to make people think. We all need to have some empathy to each other and to understand the importance of unity. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member An overwhelming vision of the society nowadays. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/30/23 Full Review Audience Member Part back patting nostalgia, part woe is me man on the street interview; There are very few points made in this ego trip that resonate. Crony capitalism and capitalism by lobbyist are truly scourges and not real capitalism just a mild version of state managed economics. Sure the system is "rigged" but many of us allow ourselves to act like victims of this "rigged" system. Government is in bed with big business and neither major party is going to kill the goose that lays those golden eggs. If you choose to work in a low skill dead end job and spend your money on cell phones and Starbucks, you will never get ahead. There are loads of jobs out there for people which have decent wages and benefits and don't require anything above a GED. One final jab at this movie; did Robert Reich just take "Capitalism: a love story" and just put his name on it. Many of the video clips and about half of the points he is trying to make were done almost word for word by Micheal Moore almost a decade ago. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member jUST A SOCIALIST MOVIE, COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW THE JOB CREATORS ARE EVIL, never held a job in the private sector, just another theoretical practitioner living in a fantasy world....yawn Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews
