Rated 2 out of 5 stars 03/15/24 Full Review Kelly G Boring ....poor acting bad writing it jumped around a lot .. terrible movie Rated 1 out of 5 stars 04/04/23 Full Review T T This is a really bad and a very lame movie. It has a very predictable storyline from the beginning right until the closing credits. It's full of plot holes. Bad and unconvincing acting, by all actors. Overall, it's a very poorly made movie. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 03/15/23 Full Review Audience Member Bit of a Meh Experience..Maybe The Book's Better? Seemed A Little Too Self-satisfied In What Was Produced. Nothing New Or Exceptional. It Doesn't Explore Much That Isn't Being Done Better Out There Already. I'd Recommend Wes Craven's 'Scream' Series Are Far more Superior To This & Better Thrill Ride. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member I was hoping it was a decent movie but was expecting a lame one. I was very pleasantly surprised!! I really really loved it!! I really felt for the characters, especially Echo. She's an excellent actress. I highly recommend seeing this movie!! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review Audience Member A soap opera story turned into a movie, based on a book, produced and starring Laura and Vanessa Marano, very disappointing, without rhythm, emotion, surprise turns, or anything. Noel Murray Los Angeles Times But even with the occasional voiceover narration, the film can't quite replicate the appeal of Noël's original, where a lot of the action is internal, dealing with these women's opinions and feelings. Jul 11, 2019 Full Review Melissa Sloter Pop Culture Leftovers Unlike in some dead girl stories, we do get Zoë's perspective of events but the film, based on the novel of the same name by Alyson Noel, sticks close to the formula throughout. Jul 21, 2019 Full Review Todd Jorgenson Cinemalogue While it taps into contemporary teenage angst, this low-budget thriller lacks the narrative dexterity to make its weighty ideas feel more provocative. Jul 13, 2019 Full Review Danielle Solzman Solzy at the Movies Saving Zoë honestly should have stayed a book. Rated: 2.5/5 Jul 12, 2019 Full Review Roger Moore Movie Nation Competent but stolid mystery thriller whose ladies/siblings -- the Marano sisters -- can't lift into something moving or special. Rated: 2/4 Jul 9, 2019 Full Review Jennie Kermode Eye for Film Saving Zoe is, ultimately, a lightweight film about a serious subject. Rated: 2.5/5 Jul 9, 2019 Full Review Read all reviews
