      Emmanuelle L Acting is pretty bad, plot is predictable. There is plenty of action though, you got to give it that. But Seal Teams would be insulted by the title as this is in no way what Seals do. It was closer to a Rambo movie than a Seal. And sooooo many rocket launchers. How do so many people have rocket launchers handy? I was paying attention half the time because the plot was bad and it was so poorly written. There are plenty "military-ops" movies that are way better out there. Don't waste your time or money. Other than that though it’s your pretty typical direct to DVD movie. The acting is not very good the plots a bit predictable and the production values are just average.
