Bill Goodykoontz Arizona Republic Tommy Stovall's film gets bogged down in a morass of clichs, stereotypical characters and over-the-top acting, much of it committed by Frances Fisher, who you'd think might know better. Rated: 2/5 Mar 15, 2012 Full Review Mark R. Leeper Mark Leeper's Reviews If like me, you think that things like vortices and Chi are so much flap-doodle, then you have to suspend disbelief or you will miss much of the point of the film Rated: 7/10 Aug 15, 2012 Full Review Brandon Judell CultureCatch A tiny, low-budget American indie, Sedona is a love letter to this small Arizona town with its jaw-dropping red sandstone formations, a major draw for those seeking mystical transformations. Kristy S Don't waste your time and money in the town of Sedona,AZ. I moved to west Sedona a year ago. And, I have regretted it since. I don't find anything peaceful or enjoyable about Sedona anymore. The gangster traffic that flows through this town and my neighborhood, which is off Andante Rd and Thunder Mountain Road is enough to cause any family visitor concern for their safety which, is understandable, seeing how I never see police officers patrolling. I fact, I don't believe there is a Sheriff's office anywhere around this town. Unfortunately, Sedona, AZ does not feel like a safe place to live or to visit. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 04/06/24 Full Review Audience Member Sedona is a fantastic movie that is enticing, moving, and inspiring. I thought the acting was phenomenal, and the plot was riveting. I was definitely not expecting it to be so good, since it's not a really high budget film; definitely surpassed my expectations. Good enough to watch more than once. Will be recommending it to my friends and family Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/15/23 Full Review Audience Member This movie is really good and caused a really positive emotional response! Good job Tommy!
