Sabrina F The difference between good giallos and "meh" giallos is that good giallos are all in, so to speak. Because the mysteries are rarely that interesting, the characters paper thin, and the dialogue bland or melodramatic, a good giallo must have gorgeous visuals, brutal violence, a good score that evokes suspense, and, above all, a quick pace. This movie has some brutal violence, but that is it, and the pacing is slow. Antonio Sabato's character walks around and interrogates people. That is a bulk of the movie. His character is not interesting, and neither are most of the people he talks to.
