Cherl H This is truly a story with heart. It's about the hearts of the singers who share their personal stories and how the music has truly made a difference in their lives. I think it's also about the people that are hopefully touched by visiting with the choir members and perhaps by hearing the music. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/03/25 Full Review Jonathan P Sharing Breath Has No Label is a moving and visually wonderful project thanks to the extraordinary talents of Cullen Blanchfield as videographer and editor. Cullen's sensitivity to both the subject matter and the performers is evident in every frame. The pacing, the composition, and the seamless editing elevate the work beyond documentation—it becomes art. Blanchfield has a gift for capturing the quiet power of the choir's expression. Whether through sweeping cinematic shots or intimate close-ups, he brings clarity, warmth, and emotional depth to the piece. His editing choices never distract—they serve the story, highlighting the message without overshadowing it. This film is a testament not only to its content, but to the skill and vision behind the camera. Cullen Blanchfield’s work is masterful, and I’ll be following his career closely. Highly recommended! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 05/04/25 Full Review G C “Sharing Breath Has No Label,” is a joyous wonder in a 45 minute package that takes the audience on a specific, generous journey. In this case, packing up a diverse Dallas community choir and heading to South America where the faces and voices of its people are life altering. I was so moved by the power of music and the world wide need for generosity, that it took me a few moments to collect myself. This is a soulful, human celebration, led by conductor, Jonathan Palant, that teaches us an important human lesson. Giving the gift of music, unconditionally, is truly a sweet gift worth giving.
