Roger Ebert Chicago Sun-Times The movie's never convincing enough to really involve us. Rated: 1/4 Jul 10, 2018 Full Review Steve Warren The Barb (Atlanta) Less enjoyable, but its gay undertones are closer to the surface. You might see the whole second half of the film as a gay love story. May 9, 2023 Full Review Ruth Batchelor Los Angeles Free Press All the water stuff has a great air of authenticity and is beautifully photographed. Dec 4, 2019 Full Review Dennis Schwartz Dennis Schwartz Movie Reviews An action-packed no-nonsense thriller that is very entertaining. Rated: B+ Oct 10, 2001 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member Cornel Wilde is a hoot and Yaphet Kotto is always a pleasure, but the film feels really jagged and unfinished. Yes, the shark footage is all real, but most of it is obviously sped up too. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/01/23 Full Review Audience Member So bad it’s laughably good. But they actually killed sharks for this so fuck'em. It was a piece of shit. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Read all reviews
