Dwight Brown National Newspaper Publishers Association Wish this salute to WNBA wannabes was better. There is definitely and audience for it. Rated: 1.5/4 Sep 2, 2020 Full Review Monique Jones Common Sense Media She Ball stereotypes Black culture [and] objectifies women. Rated: 1/5 Aug 13, 2021 Full Review Todd Jorgenson Cinemalogue Amid its various subplots, the film conveys an infectious energy, especially for hardwood aficionados, but the characters are thinly sketched and structurally it feels haphazard. Audience Member Typical hood basketball movie. Predictable. Decent cast. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 07/08/22 Full Review Audience Member Slipped upon this movie and didn't know what it is. I'm sure critics will judge it for no reason. But I really enjoyed it. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review Audience Member It was a typical basketball movie. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member I do not think the movie was that bad. The black power message was clear and how we have to stand up and change our community. Black Power Ya'll.!! There were some actors that brought down the film. As an actor your suppose to play someone else not be yourself. Nick Cannon, Chris Brown, and Evan Ross did a good job becoming their characters. The movie had some funny parts and dramatic parts. The music was amazing! Thanks to Chris, Birdman and Cashmoney. And all the other artists!. This movie was mainly a sports drama in my eyes. A drama in the hoood. Lol. Some may find it boring if you not into a lot of watching people play basketball.
