      Minismom1 I would have given it 5 stars if there was a bit more action & more attractive & actors & actresses. I still think its one of the better shark movies out there since there are an awful lot of really bad ones out there. Side note: I am writing this as I am watching the sequel The Reef: Stalked. After waiting years to watch & marking it on my iPhone calendar I am not happy. After convincing my husband to pay 5 he reluctantly agreed. I am really disappointed & was really looking forward to seeing it but dont bother! Its definitely one of the worst Ive ever seen!! And the ladies pearl dive for a living. What could foul this up? A old lady who's got some kinda weird shark kink going? Seems from the description that we were going somewhere. It's directed by Roger Corman, so maybe there's some octane there, right? Right? Wrong. Slow and uneventful, you could grow palm trees yourself, wherever you are, cut down the wood and make a boat to get to this island yourself before this lump gets interesting. What?
