17h Fantastic! Real life, great acting. A+++ See more 18h I absolutely loved this movie. It really made me think more deeply about not rushing to judgment, because we never truly know what someone is going through or what theyve already been through. Being a veteran myself, It also reminded me to stay grateful for my own life, no matter the circumstances. Thoughtful, moving, and powerful—I would highly recommend this film. See more 1d This was a fantastic movie great storyline See more 1d What a great movie telling such an important truth to what our Veterans are dealing with. See more Sydney K @sydneyk 3d This film can save lives. I've never sat in a theater and felt so captivated by a story and moved to tears until I watched Sheepdog. Though we can't fully understand what others are going through, this felt so raw and organic, like I was watching ones real life story unfold. The writer and director has said this film was inspired by stories from veterans, their families, and VA clinicians he met with along the way and you can see this through his storytelling. You can tell how much of a reality this is for our nation's veterans. The unseen, silent battles exist all around us and this has opened my eyes to that. Truly a beautiful film that I hope can reach the right people. See more 4d This is a hyper-realistic portrait of the challenges war veterans face when they come home. Unlike other films of this type, this one has more depth. Virginia Madsen was wonderful, as were all the leads. This film will not entertain you, but as our President is beginning to start wars all over the world, it will remind you to be cognizant of the collateral damage and inevitable suicides our young soldiers will face by our reckless President.
