Audience Member The first half is overwhelmed by stupid jokes, and boring melodrama and never seems to get off the ground while the second half is over burdened by horrible performances an terrible directing. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/21/23 Full Review Audience Member About as disjointed as an indy film can get. The only redeeming qualities lie in one particular character (technically two) that renders the rest of the ensemble obsolete by comparison. Then throw in a maybe/maybe not supernatural element to imbalance the film further. It is nice to see a movie with a cast full of Asians where none of them are eating rice or doing kung fu though. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/26/23 Full Review Audience Member justin lin is da bomb Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Audience Member I've got pretty fond memories of this from an Asian film festival a while back. I believe one of the directors is lined up for the US 'Oldboy' remake which is depressing. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
