In Tel Aviv, Israel, a young man named Shuroo (Moshe Ivgi) is smart and educated, but not all that successful. In fact, he's barely scraping by as a low-level grifter. That is, until he dreams up a new con in the form of a self-help book called "How to Be an Idiot," which becomes an overnight sensation.
