Film was really sweet. I enjoy indie movies with messy characters that are simply just trying to find their way. Add the music aspect and you have a really easy, enjoyable watch. Jessica is just wonderful and now I wanna go listen to the soundtrack.

Surprised to see no other reviews. Saw an ad on IG and watched last night. Charlotte’s hustling in a dusty music shop, livestreaming tunes to fund conservatory dreams, while her rock‑legend deadbeat dad’s shadow keeps rocking her life. Sun‑soaked vibes, hilarious mom‑daughter banter, and surprisingly catchy songs push her to claim her own sound, not his. Some filler drama drags, but overall it’s a cozy, heart‑warming jam with some standout moments from its lead.
