"Fifth Level Fist" has the feel of a movie that wants to offer more, from the character focus & being lighter on the action. Etsuko Shihomi still shines in the role of a young woman who wants to ignore her father's attempts to find her a lover & just wants to train & fight for good or simply known as kicking ass.
