Peter Debruge Variety A stunner from Israeli director Guy Nattiv, although it stacks the deck so outrageously against a bunch of racist white neo-Nazis that it's hard to take seriously at times. Brett P Wow this was intense. The entire cast gave pretty good performances and it enhances every scene. Very unique short film that keeps you locked in from start to finish. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/07/23 Full Review Audience Member a powerful, unsettling yet greatly acted short film, 10/10 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Very good. Strong powerful message. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member This is one of the most tone deaf pieces of garbage I've seen in recent memory. Actors were all pretty on point and it was actually filmed quite well but good God that "make up" looked ridiculous. The suspension of disbelief needed for this is other worldly. Everything down from taking a man's child on a kidnapping to somehow accomplishing that task all in one night. I think the goal was to show how parenting can affect youth, but it ended up coming off as "Hey, there's black people that are just as fucked as Nazis" Terrible plot, subtlety is nowhere to be seen, its cartoonish and relies on characters making stupid decisions the whole way to get through this "plot". Possibly the worst film to ever win an oscar. BUT. I did have an amazing laugh at this and would still recommend everyone see it. Watched it three times and laughed everytime. It's now posted on YouTube! Rated 1 out of 5 stars 02/04/23 Full Review Read all reviews
