Let's talk chemistry. It's obvious the two leads had a great time shooting this movie. The pleasure of each other's company and how they reacted off one another made this a great movie. The way they set this movie up at the beginning I knew I was in for a treat. Great supporting cast helps this movie move right along and the ending was funny and sweet. Tim Treakle

Allison Brie is obviously becoming very comfortable with her body and uses it to good effect in this film. Her character is nuisance and vulnerable. The others seem to be a bit more simple, overall a toss away film but worth a watch with your spouse.

The writing has a quirky Judd Apatow feel which is a good thing. This movie has a unique story world which redefines all the rules of sex and relationships. Figuring this out takes some time and that's the genius of it. Unfortunately, this is not sustainable and it predictably lapses into romcom predictability. Still better than most of the genre. A fun watch.

Oddball sex addict twist on the rom-com Sleeping with Other People (2015) **** Sleeping with Other People puts a refreshing, adult spin on the rom-com by pairing two sex addicts who try to stay friends, creating genuine tension and charm as they date others. Alison Brie is especially strong, and while Adam Scott’s overly campy villain feels out of place, the film is smart, funny, and far franker about sex than most of the genre. Well written and extremely likable movie. Much better than expected given the genre, excellent cast and interesting subplots that perhaps wraps up too quickly at the end but with a lot of heart and fun. Genuinely witty, smart dialog that doesn’t pander. Sudeikis has enough charm to fill any of the seven seas.
