Wendy Ide Observer (UK) The special effects are bracingly revolting, the malevolent smiles as creepy as ever. And the film has the added bonus of some killer choreography, in every sense of the word. Rated: 4/5 Oct 30, 2024 Full Review Sara Michelle Fetters MovieFreak.com While I’m sure I’ll again be in the minority, for all of its obvious strengths, and just like its predecessor, Smile 2 made me angry, and that’s all there is to say. Rated: 1.5/4 Oct 28, 2024 Full Review Amy Nicholson FilmWeek (KPCC - NPR Los Angeles) This is the rare case of a horror sequel that is better than the original. Oct 24, 2024 Full Review Chuck Bowen Style Weekly (Richmond, VA) The film’s ending, a knockout, likens the modern media fame game to nothing less than ritual sacrifice. Nov 15, 2024 Full Review Jared Rasic Metro Times (Detroit, MI) Fun in the moment, but ultimately nothing too memorable. Rated: C+ Nov 12, 2024 Full Review Bruce R. Miller Sioux City Journal A better film could have been made from this situation, had it not been part of the “Smile” franchise. Rated: 2.5/4 Nov 12, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Axel Great acting and that ending ufff I haven't seen a good scary movie in a long time until Smile 2 Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/17/24 Full Review Carlos The movie was exciting fast paced. It was expected and more frightening on the edge of my seat. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/17/24 Full Review chris To many unanswered questions at the end. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 11/17/24 Full Review DW5X1 "Smile 2" has a body slam of a pre-credit sequence and that helps keep the slow burn of the first half of the film tolerable. The film is definitely a showcase for Naomi Scott, -perhaps too much of a showcase, as the film is long, -but she's a much more convincing "Pop Star" than M Night's daughter in "Trap". Parker Finn maintains a genuinely creepy vibe throughout the film, the jumps are effective, and the violent bits genuinely made me wince. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 11/17/24 Full Review Adem Enjoyable and a fun watch with really good scares, confusing ending but what led up to it made up for it the cg was eh sometimes but still fun. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 11/17/24 Full Review Sonia GREAT movie! Actress was phenomenal Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/17/24 Full Review Read all reviews
