When a messenger mistakenly delivers a letter to Slip, he and fellow office cleaner Sach (Bowery Boys) are under the mistaken impression that they've inherited a mansion on Long Island. However, when they arrive at the house they discover it's been taken over by diamond smugglers, working under the supervision of the house's caretaker in its owners' absence. Slip and Sach must fight to regain control of the mansion they believe rightfully belongs to them.
