Audience Member I first saw this movies in 2006 and have been watching it since every time i need to get out of this bruised world. The acting of both lead actors is flawless and to the point. No melodrama, no overacting etc. I really can't remember, the last time i have actually liked(loved) a Bollywood movie this much. A must watch once in a life kind of Movie. If you love cinema, you will surely fell in love with this underrated master piece Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/27/23 Full Review tayyab r On the cover, this film wouldn't stand out in your movie archive. Abhay Deol, who virtually took the first babysteps towards starting his career in the shadow of the Deol name while the bubbly Ayesha Takia has done little to stand out from the sea of Bolywood divas around her. However, the fluidity of the film will surprise you - something that the script needs to be given full credit for. On the flip side, the movie was a clear-cut depiction of youth and hypocrisy and takes the 'everything is fair in love and war' to a whole new level; albeit a mindless and insensitive to others-around-you level. While its evident that the movie can offer little to withstand the test of time, its best to see it as a light, pleasant, out-of-touch from reality mindset and the script will keep you hooked for the over 2hr run-time. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Audience Member An uncanny love story that really strikes a chord. Well directed and acted. Negative, music not that great. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/18/23 Full Review Audience Member soopa cute rom-com...bout hw love strikes yu wen yu least xpect it..abhay deol n ayesha t luk v cute 2gther..imitiaz ali once again illustrates thru the mvee dat confusion is the other name for love... wonder hw i missed dis one..!!! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/24/23 Full Review Audience Member A delightful romcom that is as much about the love story as it is about the growing up of an immature young man who used to take everything and everyone for granted. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/11/23 Full Review Audience Member A very interesting take on the arranged marriage dilemma. I absolutely enjoyed watching this. The musical numbers were good and the chemistry between the leads was incredible. Maybe I liked it so much because these Bollywood movies present such a fresh new take on romantic stories. I highly recommend. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/24/23 Full Review Read all reviews
