Audience Member Nice mix of stories.. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/09/23 Full Review Audience Member very impressive. indeed a compelling story with truly original characters. the directing is amazing in this film, the lack of close ups, and many long takes do make this whole experience kinda sensual. even personal. and all the stories, i mean, so simple but yet so strangely interesting. small town. a bunch of weirdo's. an accident. lots of silences and silent looks. it's even funny. very sad and touching. plus i was completely surpriseded by how it all ended. art house style! belgiums do make some great cinema. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member did not realise this was belgian, very hard to grasp. missed some key "clues" due to watching on TV (eg boy's face in the stream, dent in the bumper) - NOW i have to watch it again. the comment below about the "interrogation scene" makes me think we saw two different movies. part way through i realised how little diagogue there was. very unusual. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member The movie opens with an interrogation scene and it's worth to see the movie for it's opening sequences. Very very good movie. Nice plot, a little bit tension, amazing sound recording... The movie script is predictable but very well executed. I recommend this movie to everyone.
