Frances H Although far from one of the best movies I've ever seen, I did find Son of Morning to be mildly amusing in a Theater of the Absurd sort of way. And it did have something to say about the fleeting fickleness of fame and how quickly it can turn on you. It also had something to say about how the media can create these tempests in teapots, and how trustworthy their information is--the summer's frenzy over Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart comes to mind. More attention was paid to that than the upcoming presidential election. So this film's message isn't that absurd, after all. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 11/25/12 Full Review Audience Member If you're wondering why this never saw a theatrical release, stop wondering. It sucks. Heather Graham is hot as ever though. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Vanskelig å beskrive denne filmen. Masse rot bare. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Desperate to be clever. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/22/23 Full Review Audience Member A comedy based on how the media exaggerates ridiculous news and how people seek distractions from the problems they face. Although they main idea is interesting, the movie feels weak and develops in a not-so-engaging manner.
