Liquid A Wow, this is really underrated. What's up with the 15% critics score?? Movie had my attention the entire time. Story isn't perfect, but it works. Cast was great, acting was great. Djimon Hounsou was awesome. Movie is quite well made for what was probably a lower budget international production. Reminds me of Lone Survivor without the big Hollywood budget. I'm pretty selective about what movies I buy. I already own Lone Survivor. This one I will also buy because I know I'll watch it a few more times at the least. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/05/24 Full Review Kim C I enjoyed the characters and the tasks they were given. I don't expect it like it as much as I did. I plan to watch the entire series. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 02/12/23 Full Review cristiano d Good movie, great photography. Action packaged, good acting, can stand the paragon with US special forves movies. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 08/28/22 Full Review Liam D A very standard action but the talented cast make it watchable Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 12/26/22 Full Review jelisije j A decent military movie that with a little changes here and there would actually make it an underrated classic. Michael O'Sullivan Washington Post If you turned the sound off and removed the subtitles, you might actually think you were watching an old Hollywood shoot-'em-up. Rated: 2/4 Oct 12, 2012 Full Review Andy Webster New York Times "Special Forces" aims to inspire but ends up wallowing in melodrama. Rated: 2/5 Oct 11, 2012 Full Review Robert Abele Los Angeles Times It's not only Americans who can make leaden, video game-style exercises in dumb war action. Rated: 1.5/5 Oct 11, 2012 Full Review Nicholas Bell IONCINEMA.com It's hard to take the proceedings seriously when they can barely hold our interest. Aug 5, 2019 Full Review Paul Chambers Movie Chambers "Special Forces" has nothing constructive to say about bravery or the conflict in Afghanistan. It's just mindless action, and boring to boot. Rated: D- Mar 3, 2013 Full Review Todd Jorgenson Cinemalogue Stephane Rybojad has seen too many Hollywood action movies, because the director of this overwrought and borderline laughable French war film copies many of them.
