Gabriele G @galeselector 12/30/2024 I watched this war movie about rescuing hostages. While i was seeing it, some aspects felt unrealistic and didn’t make much sense. For example: The protagonists and enemies seemed to walk endlessly without showing signs of exhaustion, which isn’t feasible for most people in real life. The amount of water they would realistically need for such a journey was far greater than what was portrayed. The environment changed dramatically and unrealistically in very short time. Enemies seemed to find the protagonists almost immediately after they moved to a new location, making it seem as though the enemies could fly. These inconsistencies detracted from the overall believability of the story. See more Liquid A 04/05/2024 Wow, this is really underrated. What's up with the 15% critics score?? Movie had my attention the entire time. Story isn't perfect, but it works. Cast was great, acting was great. Djimon Hounsou was awesome. Movie is quite well made for what was probably a lower budget international production. Reminds me of Lone Survivor without the big Hollywood budget. I'm pretty selective about what movies I buy. I already own Lone Survivor. This one I will also buy because I know I'll watch it a few more times at the least. Buono anche il casting dei militari, seppure poi venga sfruttato molto poco lo sviluppo della maggior parte di loro. Quello che più manca però è la veridicità delle sequenze di azione; il confronto con gli altri film del genere è impietoso; non c'è il minimo impegno nello studio delle tattiche e dei movimenti; solamente persone che si sparano frontalmente senza nessuna logica.
