The film tries excessively to portray a 'rough around the edges' vibe, but instead, the characters come off as unnecessarily exaggerated. Additionally, the mocking portrayal of the British, followed by the secondary character who starts off calm, collected, and intelligent but later adopts the stereotypical traits of his overzealous, gun-loving American partner, feels cliché. While the concept had potential, the execution falls short due to a sloppy script and some notably poor acting. I doubt I'll be revisiting this one again. Hauer is capable enough but couldn't do much with that corny dialogue. It really was just a Blade Runner fan film. Shame, because the sets were pretty good. A dull lead performance from not the terminator, and a plot that seems to want to be terminator. It's not the terminator but has all the effect of it in second rate production, ugh, show my badge to a dog and turn it off.
