My first and hopefully last foray into the Air Buds Cinematic Universe! And the dogs would all be so cute and all, if it weren't for the computer-animated dog snouts and the truly terrible voice actors. Visually, you get a lot to whet your Halloween heartstrings, a few absurdly comical scenes, and a 'funny' villain. Probably okay for the little ones; I'm sick, so I dozed off a few times. Oh, and the evil hellhound is defeated by a brown fart cloud—perhaps the highlight of "Spooky Buddies."
