Audience Member With a few exceptions, I'm not generally a fan of South African movies or dramas, especially the ones so popular with European audiences written by White South Africans like Fugard, Gordimer or Coetzee. This one stands out. One of the few movies I've seen portraying the Black condition written by Blacks. While a poor movie, it gives an insightful window into the conflict raised by veterans of the Apartheid struggle with the post Apartheid youth.
