From the opening moments, the film struggles to engage, leaving viewers disconnected from the story and the characters. Rather than drawing audiences in, it feels over-the-top and erratic, with little grounding to create meaningful suspense or humor. The screenplay is one of the film’s most significant shortcomings. The narrative is disjointed and poorly structured, jumping from one idea to another without cohesion. Scenes lack purpose, and moments that could have been entertaining or clever instead feel forced and chaotic. This lack of narrative focus makes it difficult for the audience to invest in the story or care about its outcome. Character development suffers as well. The cast appears uncoordinated, with minimal chemistry between actors. Interactions that should feel dynamic or engaging instead come across as flat and uninspired, making it hard to connect with or care about the characters’ journeys. The lack of authentic relationships undermines the potential for comedy or drama to resonate. Direction does little to improve the experience. Stealing Pulp Fiction is not a good piece of cinema. But it's not a piece of trash. It IS a ripoff of Quentin Tarantino's most famous flick.
