Stoners Cheech (Cheech Marin) and Chong (Thomas Chong) reunite and head to Amsterdam for a film festival after getting tickets from a promoter (Hans Man in 't Veld) in L.A. When they show up at a celebrity party, Cheech is mistaken for Burt Reynolds, and Chong for Dolly Parton. The duo rolls with it as they roll more joints, partake in the usual antics and eat every item -- which includes a lot of mushrooms -- on the menu at Amsterdam's Bvlgar Café.

Story/Screenplay: (1/5) Some laughs early, but nothing else. Cheech and Chong's worst. Duration/Tempo: (2/5) At 1 hour and 31 minutes, it's a very short film that felt long. Cast & Crew: (2/5) It's only Cheech and Chong. They each had their moments, but they couldn't generate enough comedy to fill a 90 minute film. Summary: (1.5/5) The story failed, the cast performed poorly, and the film felt long. An unequivocal thumbs down.
