The actor who played the main character should never be allowed to be in any movie ever again. It’s like he didn’t even try. Horrible movie. Nowdays everyone's been programmed to be at each others throats nowdays for dumb s*it and suppress their thoughts and say what they're "allowed" to, its called fascism. That being said, the movies is a bit hard around the edges (no pun intended ;)) , and cannot be compared to to Waiting )the first part. Im miss the days of dumb funny movies, without an agenda as this one. Btw Hooters and strip clubs are still functional and no one is forcing girls on working there. Watch this movie and allow yourself to laugh, you'll enjoy it. Some others you might enjoy, Waiting, Slamming Salmon, Super Troopers, Beerfest, Clerks all parts.
