      Audience Member This movie begs to be re-broadcast via MST3K or Rifftrax. The entire plot is sappy. And what they pawned off as FX was a sad joke. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/15/23 Full Review Audience Member Tornado Valley (Storm in the Heartland) is directed by Andrew C. Erin, and is a very emotional drama about family. Despite the title being 'Tornado Valley' it's not just about tornadoes, but in fact talks about how family torn apart by disaster, must let go and move on from their pasts, in this case a tornado that killed the two main characters' mother when they are kids. This movie is a very emotional and intense drama, and goes pretty deep into personal problems and relationships. Besides the low ratings of the movie on Rotten Tomatoes, because not being like films such as, Twister or Into the Storm, only focusing on the destructive nature of a tornado, this film is great and a very emotional watch. I was very disappointed how the movie started in the past, went to current day but only seemed to have one tornado in current day. Even as the description made it sound like they were dealing with something more that would last all of 3 minutes of the movie at the end. Definitely will keep the case & toss the movie.
