Looking to break away from the hustle and bustle of big-city living, Katherine Tomlinson (Rebecca Jenkins) moves to the small town of Elm Creek with her young son, Aaron (Trevor Blumas), and her daughter, Kim (Carly McKillip). But when weird drifter Jack Beldon (Harry Hamlin) wanders into town, mysterious events start to occur -- including a murder. Naturally, Jack becomes a suspect, but Aaron, who has befriended the unusual man, is determined to find out the truth.
