The only reason I started watching this was that a friend told me to watch "Stranger things". When I started talking about the show with my friends, I realized that I have been watching the wrong "Stranger things" series, which was a laugh at first, but here I am enjoying both shows now. PS: The other one is better IMO, but this one is great also.
