      iLL P I gave it 5 out of 5 because this man spent many many years of his life dedicated to shining a spotlight on americas oldest folks parade and one of the greatest traditions our forefathers passed on to us that is still going strong into the modern era. The epic beauty that is the Philadelphia Mummers parade has never truly been properly documented so it was such a great feeling as a Mummers and local Philadelphian to see someone from outside of the tradition try to get this moving master piece into the eyes of people outside of the city!!!
