03/21/2014 ok B movie action yarn See more ashley h @ashleyhobgood87 12/17/2013 Submarine Alert is a decent film. It is about Nazi spies who use a stolen shortwave transmitter prototype to broadcast top secret shipping info to an offshore Japanese sub. Richard Arlen and Wendy Barrie give good performances. The screenplay is a little slow in places. Frank McDonald did an alright job directing this movie. I liked this motion picture because of the action. See more Read all reviews
