Michael W. Phillips, Jr. Goatdog's Movies There are holes in the scenario big enough to sail a tanker through, but [it] packs enough thrills to smooth over any niggling complaints about plausibility. Rated: 3/5 Jan 13, 2007 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member ok B movie action yarn Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review ashley h Submarine Alert is a decent film. It is about Nazi spies who use a stolen shortwave transmitter prototype to broadcast top secret shipping info to an offshore Japanese sub. Richard Arlen and Wendy Barrie give good performances. The screenplay is a little slow in places. Frank McDonald did an alright job directing this movie. I liked this motion picture because of the action.
