Synopsis
In this quirky comedy, nightclub owner and performer Buddy Johnson (John C. McGinley) relates his life story to a pretty female plumber (Gina Gershon) who has arrived to make a repair. Along with his brother, Al (David Warshofsky), Buddy is raised to be a singer, but the siblings are forced to get regular jobs when their mother hits hard times. Working for the shifty Mr. Leech (Eric Bogosian), the brothers end up stealing a small fortune from their boss, a bold move that puts them on the run.
