Synopsis
Domenica (Domenica Giuliano) lives in an orphanage in Naples, Italy. She's looking to escape and make it on her own, but she needs to raise some money first. This she accomplishes by performing menial errands for the orphanage staff and swindling sympathetic people on the street with the rest of her gang. Her life takes a turn, however, when Sciarra (Claudio Amendola), a soon-to-retire detective dying of cancer, tries to get her to identify the dead body of a man who once raped her.
