FBI agent Thomas Mackelway (Aaron Eckhart) is transferred to Albuquerque, N.M., after he mishandles the arrest of a serial killer (Keith Campbell). There he is called to investigate the gruesome murder of a salesman (Kevin Chamberlin), who turns out to be a serial killer himself. After two more killings, Thomas and his partner (Carrie-Anne Moss) conclude that Benjamin O'Ryan (Ben Kingsley), a former FBI agent with psychic abilities, is responsible for the deaths.

I found this movie engaging…if I had been the least bit sleepy I probably would have snoozed off. Unlike the 82% that did not like this movie I rather enjoyed the effort to watch it. Serial killers have never been a concern of mine but now they are!! Acting was very good. The missing half star was that the characters never seemed to change their clothes, hair never got messed up and and there were a few dead ends I found confusing… other than that I probably would watch it again to fill in the parts I missed.

This is far better than the rating I see. It’s got a legit creepy vibe and Ben Kingsley is always great. A good intense movie that you have to stick with until you get the big picture.

I might be really stoned but I loved this movie 😲🍿. If all the actors were not people I admire it would probably be a pretty shitty movie. Again I am very high right now, but I think the casting makes the movie. Anyone other than Ben Kingsley would have made the movie absurd. Except maybe Sean Connery or Christopher Walken. 🍿🤤∆9

Is it the best psychological thriller out there? No. Does it have an interesting premise, and is it better on each watch? Yes. A bit muddled and confusing at times, it would've done better to have more scenes around Zero, but I find myself wanting to watch it every so often, which generally means it's at least decent.
