Aunque Figgis explora temas y territorios que casi se han vuelto clichés creativos, siempre hay algo interesante en su cine. Sea la cinematografía, el manejo sonoro, o en este caso, la química en un par de secuencias entre Koch y Verbeek. Una película experimental en tono absolutamente meta, con un par de guiños de más, pero no obstante, seductora.
