Here is pure exuberance, without all that messy nostalgic yearning. Here is a movie unafraid to come right out and showcase the sheer idiot joy involved in being a boy among boys. Go to Full Review

"Swingers" doesn't really add up to much -- except a good time. But it's smart, funny and cute. With all that going for you, who needs to be money? Go to Full Review

Four guys hang out, kid one another, get into scuffles and flash their gonadal searchlight for available women. Yikes, haven't there been enough variations on the multiple-buddy movie? Actually, no. Go to Full Review

ILL M Nov 27 One of those movies that stands out for being singular and unique. This also gave a clear indication of how charismatic Vince Vaughn was and surely came to be. See more Chester K Jul 10 You're so money baby!!! Love this movie so much!! See more Michael Isaac K Jun 7 Mikey s metamorphosis is Mens Health at its best, "the kings suck at this game". -M See more Kevin P May 15 A pretty funny and surprisingly poignant buddy comedy. Great chemistry, banter, and dialogue between Jon Favreau and Vince Vaughn. They're so young in this! Despite all the sex comedy, the movie is more reserved than you might think. In fact, much of the comedy involves second hand embarrassment from Jon Favreau’s incredibly socially awkward timing trying ti hit the rebound. His worse offense easily being the infamous voicemail scene. Despite the intentional cringe comedy, the movie's story is actually really thoughtful with its themes about breakups, the depression hole that follows, the anxiety of trying to rebound, and then finally finding peace with yourself and moving on. It's not exactly laugh-out-loud funny, but I was in it for the great chemistry between the leads and the thoughtful character work that's at the heart of the film. See more Lucas W Mar 17 This is the most accurate breakup movie of all time. Shot totally from the POV of the main character Mikey and his level of self esteem. Anyone who has had to get out there after a hard breakup should watch this. It's also a beautiful film about male friendship and helping your buddy realize how money he is. See more Paul J Feb 26 I don’t know how this is so highly rated. The dialect and plot is absolutely horrible. I never wanted to hear the word “baby” again after making it through this 90s cringe fest. See more Read all reviews
