Meydiana R Fantastic, fabulous and impressive. The movie is really worth watching for entertainment and information though some of ideas are not upto marks and changed from history to make it more spicy. The music in movie is really impressive making your blood pump fast. Really enjoyed it. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 04/24/23 Full Review vivek d One of a great movies of all time in Indian cinema. The performances, story, concept, and even the intricate details about costumes, background score is impeccable. 1000% recommended to everybody! Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/07/22 Full Review Ravi P A perfect masterpiece. A best story and screenplay with a good direction. And of course good performance from every cast . And background was really awesome. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 11/12/21 Full Review Audience Member Gave me goosebumps. I love the acting of Ajay and Kajol. It was very aesthetic too. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/16/23 Full Review yash b I have never really been one to love historical Indian movies, and I like "Tanhaji" about as much as I have liked some others. The movie has some decent entertainment value but doesn't have enough depth to the characters. Everyone is so clearly good or evil and that makes the movie feel a bit simple, even if the actors do a solid job. I also think the visual effects are kind of bad in some moments which really took me out of the experience. I think the movie builds up to a fast and entertaining final act, but the movie left me wanting more when it comes to character development. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 03/31/23 Full Review Indian c This movie is not historically accurate, so what is the point of the movie exactly? Sure, it was visually stunning with the stylistic backdrops, but there was a lack of good acting, or realistic-looking effects (eg. fake-looking CGI blood). There was a lot of potential in this movie, much of which was wasted. Rated 2 out of 5 stars 11/17/20 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Shubhra Gupta The Indian Express Just the film for those who long for a simplistic, dressed-up slice of the past. Jan 11, 2020 Full Review Namrata Joshi The Hindu A historical that kicks off well, flounders in the middle and then serves some good punches in the climax... Jan 11, 2020 Full Review Pradeep Menon Firstpost Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior has its great moments, as well as its flaws, but the overall impact of the film is not the propaganda we were expecting. Oct 16, 2023 Full Review Saibal Chatterjee NDTV On the positive side, for a swords-and-spears costume drama, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is pretty crisp. Rated: 2.5/5 Jul 14, 2020 Full Review Sucharita Tyagi Film Companion The movie is pretty predictable, I saw similar movies last year with the same formula...
