Audience Member Bizarre schlock epic in which Turkish barbarian Tarkan takes on an army of day-glo vikings who worship a giant inflatable octopus. Exactly as amazing as it sounds. Even so, this one is priceless - "vikings" mostly clad in bathmats and car seats (with the requisite horned helmets), two dogs named Kurt, baby stabbing, several "ax in the head moments", several sex scenes, a viking orgy, the pit of 12 to 16 deadly snakes, and the amazing inflatable giant octopus monster. One totally bizarre thing is: music directly cribbed from other movies (2001, Once Upon A Time In The West, etc.) I have to say: Tarkan (the hero) gets a really big build-up, but seems to get his ass kicked by six or seven vikings throughout the story. Terrible fake blood. The best part is the battle with the octopus at the bottom of the swimming pool...erm, I mean "ocean".
